Listing is free. Our service fee is 10% of the booking value for successful bookings.
We collect the payment from the Guest with Paypal. Guest can pay either through paypal account or with major credit cards. Our service fee is inclusive of credit card fees.
Payments are divided in two parts:
10% to confirm booking
Remaining balance a day before checkin time. You can check the status at booking page nd demand cash payment if the guest not have paid yet.
We deduct our service fee from payment and submit the remaining payment to Host. We suggest the Host to have Paypal account for immediate transfer, but other methods are doable as well.
